Take the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) East toward the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Richmond Rd-Clove Rd. Get into the right lane as you pass the first traffic light. Before the next traffic light, the right lane will bend, taking you onto Richmond Rd. Follow straight until Columbus Ave, make left. The next block is Targee St. Make a left. The building is on the right between Columbus Ave. and Rome Ave.

From the Verrazano Bridge:
Follow the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) West. Take the Richmond Rd-Clove Rd. exit. Follow the service road in the left lane until the 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Richmond Rd. Stay straight for approximately 3/4 mile until Columbus Ave, make left. The next block is Targee St. Make a left. The building is on the right between Columbus Ave and Rome Ave.

From the Outerbridge:
Take the West Shore Expressway to the Staten Island Expressway east toward the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Clove Rd-Richmond Rd. Get into the right lane as you pass the first traffic light. Before the next traffic light, the right lane will bend, taking you onto Richmond Rd. Follow straight until Columbus Ave, make left. The next block is Targee St. Make a left. The building is on the right between Columbus Ave and Rome Ave.6

Take the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) East toward the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Richmond Rd-Clove Rd. Get into the right lane as you pass the first traffic light. 3311 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306

From the Verrazano Bridge:
Stay as far to the right as possible when approaching the toll. Take the South Beach-Lily Pond Ave exit. Follow straight under the overpass and continuing onto Fr. Capodanno Blvd. Continue straight until Midland Ave, make right. Follow straight until Hylan Blvd, make a left. Drive for a few miles, passing New Dorp Lane, Tysens Lane, and Guyon Ave. Continue straight to Hopkins St, which is one block past Buffalo St. The building is on the right across from Gateway National Park and in between Hopkins St and Spratt St.

From Outerbridge:
Take the Korean War Veterans Parkway. Exit at Arden Ave, make a right onto Arden Ave. Follow to Hylan Blvd, make a left. Take Hylan Blvd for a few miles passing Richmond Ave, Nelson Ave, and Bay Terr. The office is on the left across from the Gateway National Park and in between Spratt St and Hopkins St

From the Goethals Bridge:
Take the Staten Island Expressway (I-278), east following signs for the Verrazano Bridge. Exit at Clove Rd and make a left at the first light. Follow straight to Victory Blvd, make a left. Pass the park and ice-skating rink on the right. Go up the hill. 1460 Victory Blvd is on the left in Physicians & Surgeons Bldg, Suite D.

From the Outerbridge:
Take the West Shore Expressway to the Staten Island Expressway (I-278), east (toward Verrazano Bridge). Exit at Clove Rd and make a left at the first light. Follow straight to Victory Blvd, make a left. Pass the park and ice-skating rink on the right. Go up the hill. 1460 Victory Blvd is on the left in Physicians & Surgeons Bldg, Suite D.

From the Verrazano Bridge:
Take the Staten Island Expressway (I-278), west. Exit at Clove Rd and follow the service road passing two traffic lights. Get into the right lane before reaching the third traffic light, as the right lane will bend taking you onto Clove Rd. Follow to Victory Blvd, make left. Pass the park and the ice-skating rink on the right. Go up the hill. 1460 Victory Blvd is on the left in Physicians & Surgeons Bldg, Suite D.

Verrazano Bridge, stay in right lane, get off at 92nd Street exit
At light, turn left onto 92nd Street
Take 92nd Street up to 4th Avenue
Turn left on 4th Avenue, go down to 9920 (which is between 99th & 100th Streets
Second floor, Suite 207.

By train: Take the 95th Street-Bay Ridge Bound R Train. Get off at the Bay Ridge-95th Street station and walk a quarter mile to the 9920 4th Avenue office.

By bus: Take the Bay Ridge 95th St Station Bound B8 bus. Get off at 4th Avenue and 95th street. Walk up four blocks to 99th street and 4th Avenue.
