Dr. J. David Hip-Flores is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in joint replacement. He practices in Staten Island, NY for 12 years. Dr. Hip-Flores served as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve and worked as an orthopedic surgeon in different hospitals and clinics in Salerno, Afghanistan and Saharana, Afghanistan.
